Tomorrow heralds the start of Real Bread Week, an annual, international celebration of the additive free loaf and the people behind its rise, if you’ll forgive the pun!
You may already be a regular bread-maker, especially given the current circumstances, shop regularly at your local baker or pick up the delicious Cake Shop loaves from the COOP, but this week, why not try your hand at a baking something a little different – here are some featured on the Real Bread Week website. Failing that, you can pick up a delicious loaf and our latest issue magazine too, from the likes of Leo’s Deli (Pump St Bakery) and The Queen (home baked by chef Alex) in Brandeston.
Take care everyone and stay safe.

Brrrrrrr! It’s a little fresh out there today, and although we love the snow we are definitely looking forward to the arrival of spring. Talking of arrivals – our latest aboutfram magazine arrived today so we will be out and about delivering – look out for your copy locally. More good news is that Vash at The Neathouse Cafe in Dennington will be open 5 days a week from Monday, so if you live nearby, where better to do your shop; coffee, cake, sausage rolls, milk, eggs, bread, fruit & veg – Vashti has it all.
