what it is

Two monthly digital newsletters featuring a round-up of Property for Sale or Property to Let.
Mailed out to a combined database in excess of 23,000 subscribers.

what we do

Our client since 2011, Fine & Country Norfolk & North Suffolk commissions us to manage every aspect involved in both newsletters. Working closely with its five regional offices, we manage the content and layout, populating the newsletter with fabulous properties and in-house editorial. Our team also manages any changes to the design, hosting, the subscriber database and reporting back to Fine & Country with performance stats.

how it works

Both databases combine a healthy mix of subscribers, uploaded with their approval, either via our regional offices or having entered one of the competitions promoted in the printed magazine, Fine & Country Lifestyles.
Each database – Property for Sale/Property to Let – currently stands in excess of 11,500.
Each newsletter is sent out once a month and, with both open and click through rates well above the industry standard, this is a tried and tested way in which to promote Fine & Country properties, the Lifestyles magazine and individual advertisers.
