what we do

Our client since 2011, Fine & Country Norfolk & North Suffolk commissioned us to manage every aspect involved in overseeing each issue from start to finish. Working closely with its five regional offices, we oversee the pagination and layout, populating the magazine with fabulous properties and in-house editorial. Our team also secures all the advertising, organises any competitions and manages all aspects of the print and mail out.

how it works

Each issue is posted out to 1000’s of higher value homes using Royal Mail, with several 1000’s more free to pick up from many key sites in Norfolk and North Suffolk. Each office uses the magazine for canvassing and it heads up a monthly property newsletter, sent to in excess of 11,500 subscribers. The June issue is free to pick up from both the Members’ and Vice Presidents’ enclosures at the Royal Norfolk Show.
